How to buy witness seminar texts
Copies of the published seminars are available either as hard copy (double-sided, wiro-bound with a protective cover) or as searchable,
printable PDF files on CD-ROM. Prices vary from £10-£15 for hard copy and £8-£12 for CD-ROM according to the length of the seminars.
If you want to be sent a proforma invoice, please email ccbhinfo@sas.ac.uk - please give your name and address and state which seminar(s) you require and how many copies of each.
If you want to pay by credit card, please phone 020 7862 8802.
If you want to pay by cheque, please send your order to the CCBH with your cheque (cheques should be made payable to 'University of London')'. Postage costs £1.50 per item up to a maximum of £5, overseas orders are charged by weight.
